If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to exchange or refund, please return the item to us in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

SPECIAL ORDERS AND COMMISSIONS

Exempt from any exchange or refund are bespoke pieces and items that have been customised to a customer’s request, i.e., wedding bands, engagement rings, etc. At Eltikki Jewellery, we pride ourselves on the uniqueness and personal touch of our handcrafted items. Each bespoke creation is tailored to the individual, reflecting their personal style and story, making them non-returnable and non-refundable. We believe in the value of craftsmanship and the importance of ensuring that each piece resonates deeply with its owner.

Ring Sizes 

When ordering rings online, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have carefully ordered the correct size for their chosen ring. This important guideline also applies specifically to custom engagement rings as well. Please note that re-sizing rings will incur a minimum charge of £50.00. Additionally, for custom pieces, such as engagement rings, the re-sizing fee may be higher depending on the complexity and intricacy of the bespoke design requested. Furthermore, it is important to remember that postage costs associated with returning items or sending alterations are also the sole responsibility of the customer.
